Entertainment:  The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle Movie (2000)
Tuesday, February 8, 2005 @ 11:00PM

I was visiting RottenTomatoes and I was shocked when I saw "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle" only scored a rotten rating and a reading of 44%. I think I know why the credits rated this "movie" so low. When the critics were watching the movie they actually reviewed it as if it was an actual real movie. The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle was supposed to be one really long gag reel.

With quotes like this how can you take this gag reel serious?
Narrator: And so RBTV changed its name from Really Bad Television to Rocky and Bullwinkle Television
Bullwinkle: What's the difference?

Narrator:And then through the miracle of computer-generated digital technology, Minnie reached into the television set and signed the contract. But when she tried to pull the contract out, the expensive animated characters were instantly converted into even more expensive motion picture stars.

Fearless Leader: There has never been a way to actually destroy a cartoon character until now.
Pottsylvanian scientist: What about that movie Roger Rabbit?
Fearless Leader: Shut up. This is totally different.

Judge Cameo: The defendants are charged with grand theft auto: 1 count; breaking out of jail: 1 count; impugning the character of a prison guard: 1 count; reckless driving: 4 counts; talking to the audience; five counts; criminally bad punning: 18 counts.
Bullwinkle J. Moose: And three dukes and seven earls. Ha ha ha ha.
Judge Cameo: Make that 19.

And do not forget character names such as:
Minnie Mogul, Karen Sympathy, Judge Cameo (played by Whoopi Goldberg), Cappy Von Trapment (an FBI Director), President Signoff, Schoentell, General Admission, General Foods, General Store and The White House Mole (an actual mole).
