Thursday, March 9, 2006 @ 09:48PMIt took the California Court of Appeals to determine that pissing in public in a parking lot no less is indeed illegal.
Of course the individual arrested was not upset that he was arrested for pissing in public but rather the cops who arrested him found six rocks of crack in his pocket. Of course since he was arrested in California he was sentenced to three years’ probation.
